About
I have joined the Centre for the Study of Political Change (CIRCaP) in Siena, Italy as a post-doctoral research fellow in 2009 after following my doctoral studies at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. I currently participate in various research activities of the centre. Moreover, I teach Introduction to Data Analysis, Quantitative Methods in Political Research and Stata courses at the Graduate School in Political Science at the University of Siena.
I hold a baccalaureate in Journalism and Communications from Fontys Hogeschool in Tilburg (The Netherlands) as well as an M.A. from the VU University in Amsterdam and an M.Res. from the European University Institute. My general research interests include political behaviour, political sociology, comparative politics, political communication and research methods.
